Divert to VoIP service allows you to change the termination number for your Non Geographic Number (0800, 0845, 01/02, 03, 0871/0844) to forward calls to any UK VoIP number.

0303 diversion to VoIP Number simply means that 0303 xxx xxxx is diverted to your UK VoIP line number starting 01 or 02.

For 0800, 0845, 01/02, 03, 0871/0844 Divert to VoIP you will need to setup a 01xxx or 02xxx VOIP number with your Voice Over IP provider. We can also forward calls to 055/056 VOIP numbers, but additional per minute charges will apply. To order the Divert to VoIP Number service for your Non-Geographic Number:

1. Go to "My Account" section of the website
2. Click on the "Divert to UK Land Line" link from the left menu under the title "SIMPLE RE-DIVERSION"
3. Choose the number or numbers for which you wish to order the Divert to VoIP Number service
4. Follow the on screen instructions
