Service Description - Busy Voicemail for Dial-In Plan Switcher
Adding Busy Voicemail to your Dial-In Plan Switcher specification will enable automatic diversion to Voicemail after a specified number of rings if your currently selected Plan Switcher call plan is busy or there is no answer.
How it Works - Busy Voicemail for Dial-In Plan Switcher
For example: Call Plan 0: 0207 XXX XXX (London office) Call Plan 1: 0161 XXX XXX (Manchester office) If your currently selected call plan is "Call Plan 0" (in this case London office), when someone calls your non-geo number and the 0207 XXX XXXX line is busy, or there is no answer after the specified number of rings, the call will be re-diverted to your Voicemail box. When you switch the Plan Switcher call plan to "Call Plan 1" (in this case the Manchester office), the same rule will apply. If the 0161 XXX XXXX number is busy or there is no answer after the specified number of rings, the call will be re-diverted to your Voicemail box.
How to order Busy Voicemail for Dial-In Plan Switcher:
This add-on is available during the Dial-In Plan Switcher setup. This add-on can be combined with Voicemail as a last Dial-In Plan Switcher call plan option.
